320 g Butter
250 g Sugar
5 Eggs
500 g Flour
20 g baking powder
200 g Milk
1 bean Vanilla
3 Apples from Val Venosta
As desired Cinnamon



Blend butter with sugar and add the eggs (from the fridge) one by one. Then add flour, baking powder and vanilla and mix well. Pour milk and mix to obtain a smooth and homogeneous dough, add apples previously cut into cubes and cinnamon as desired. Bake in the oven at 180° C for about 25 minutes.
